YEP! Fitness (Your Exercise Platform) offers members the opportunity to lose unwanted fat and calories with less than 3 hours of total workout time per week! YEP! Fitness boasts a spacious "no wait" workout facility with rows of cardio and circuit training equipment, and maintains extensive hours to accommodate the busiest of schedules.
Hours: Monday - Thursday 5:00am to 10:00pm, Friday 5:00am to 9pm, Saturday/ Sunday 9:00am to 5pm
